A seguradora HDI, que pertence ao grupo alem\u00e3o Talanx, e a brasileira Icatu, controlada pela fam\u00edlia Almeida Braga, desenham, em sil\u00eancio, uma parceria para vender seguros em seus canais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. O neg\u00f3cio pode at\u00e9 mesmo evoluir para uma joint venture no futuro. A ideia \u00e9 que uma possa comercializar seus produtos na rede de corretores da outra. Faz todo sentido. Isso porque as seguradoras se complementam em termos de portf\u00f3lio. Enquanto a HDI tem foco em seguro de autom\u00f3vel, a Icatu \u00e9 especializada em seguros de vida e previd\u00eancia privada.<\/p>\n

As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram publicadas inicialmente pela coluna Broadcast, do jornal O Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo. A aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o com a Icatu est\u00e1 alinhada \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia da HDI de se unir a outros players para deslanchar mais neg\u00f3cios, como fez com o Santander Brasil, com o qual estrutura uma joint venture.<\/p>\n

100% digital, a nova empresa focar\u00e1 em seguro de autom\u00f3vel, aproveitando a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do banco no segmento, que \u00e9 l\u00edder em financiamento para a compra de ve\u00edculos. Seu in\u00edcio est\u00e1 programado para o segundo semestre de 2019. Nessa mesma dire\u00e7\u00e3o, Porto Seguro e a americana AIG se uniram para deslanchar o seguro para pequena e m\u00e9dia empresa no Brasil. Procuradas, HDI e Icatu n\u00e3o comentaram.<\/p>\n
