Em tese, Temer teria at\u00e9 amanh\u00e3 (31) para editar um decreto sobre o tema. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram divulgadas por Cristiana L\u00f4bo em seu blog no G1.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a jornalista, auxiliares pr\u00f3ximos a Temer disseram que, se o presidente optasse pelo decreto em favor do indulto de Natal, a ideia era divulgar a decis\u00e3o neste domingo (30) e depois public\u00e1-la na edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o nesta segunda.<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, Temer havia decidido assinar o decreto excluindo os presos condenados por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o. Estes s\u00e3o o principal ponto das cr\u00edticas feitas ao indulto no ano passado, cujo julgamento tramita no STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) e ainda n\u00e3o foi conclu\u00eddo. Mas o presidente desistiu da ideia e resolveu n\u00e3o conceder o benef\u00edcio a ningu\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Antes disso, no in\u00edcio da semana, Temer j\u00e1 havia anunciado que n\u00e3o assinaria o indulto de Natal neste ano. A assessoria do Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto at\u00e9 chegou a divulgar, em nota oficial, que o benef\u00edcio n\u00e3o seria concedido neste ano.
