O Instituto Nacional de Coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o e Reforma Agr\u00e1ria (Incra), na Bahia fez um balan\u00e7o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento de projetos de assentamento em 2018 e contabilizou o investimento de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es de recursos em Cr\u00e9dito Instala\u00e7\u00e3o nas modalidades Apoio Inicial, Complementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Apoio Inicial, Fomento Mulher, Semi\u00e1rido e Cacau, para 2 mil trabalhadores rurais da reforma agr\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

O pagamento de 2,2 milh\u00f5es de Cr\u00e9dito Instala\u00e7\u00e3o nas modalidades Cacau e Fomento Mulher foi a \u00faltima a\u00e7\u00e3o do setor, esse ano. O benef\u00edcio come\u00e7ou a ser pago na sexta-feira (21\/12), o que favorece 430 fam\u00edlias em 22 projetos de assentamento.<\/p>\n

Trabalhador Rural na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Cacau do Assentamento Terra Vista<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

A regional baiana \u00e9 pioneira no pagamento da modalidade Cacau, no pa\u00eds. Esse cr\u00e9dito tem a finalidade de estimular a produ\u00e7\u00e3o cacaueira em \u00e1reas de reforma agr\u00e1ria e foi lan\u00e7ado em novembro, no assentamento Terra Vista, no munic\u00edpio de Arataca, na Bahia.<\/p>\n

Segundo o chefe da Divis\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento de Projetos de Assentamentos do Incra\/BA, Paulo Emmanuel Alves, a expectativa \u00e9 que esses n\u00fameros dobrem no exerc\u00edcio 2019. \u201cN\u00f3s j\u00e1 temos 18 milh\u00f5es prontos para pagamento no pr\u00f3ximo ano, mas esperamos pagar mais de 20 milh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9ditos, garantindo maior produtividade e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda para as fam\u00edlias assentadas\u201d, conclui Alves.<\/p>\n

T\u00edtulos<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Outra a\u00e7\u00e3o do Incra\/BA, esse ano, foi a emiss\u00e3o de 6 mil Contratos de Concess\u00e3o de Uso da Terra (CCU\u2019s),\u00a0 que s\u00e3o t\u00edtulos provis\u00f3rios.\u00a0 A autarquia emitiu tamb\u00e9m 95 T\u00edtulos de Dom\u00ednio para assentados da reforma agr\u00e1ria, em quatro munic\u00edpios baianos.\u00a0 O ato de entrega desses t\u00edtulos \u00e0s fam\u00edlias assentadas est\u00e1 prevista para acontecer em Janeiro de 2019. Essa a\u00e7\u00e3o assegura a posse definitiva da terra para os trabalhadores rurais.<\/p>\n

Infraestrutura<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

O Incra\/BA firmou, em 2018, conv\u00eanios para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de 328 km de estradas, facilitando o tr\u00e2nsito entre o campo e a cidade para 3.580 fam\u00edlias assentadas e permitindo um melhor escoamento das safras.\u00a0 Os trabalhadores rurais de assentamentos baianos tamb\u00e9m foram beneficiados com o acesso a \u00e1gua. Foram perfurados 150 po\u00e7os artesianos, atendendo a 8 mil fam\u00edlias, em munic\u00edpios de todas as regi\u00f5es do estado. Al\u00e9m da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de aguadas em 33 \u00e1reas de reforma agr\u00e1ria, o que beneficiou 2.818 fam\u00edlias.<\/p>\n
