A presidente do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), ministra C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, agendou para o dia 22 de mar\u00e7o o julgamento de a\u00e7\u00e3o que questiona o pagamento de aux\u00edlio-moradia a todos os magistrados do Pa\u00eds, incluindo ju\u00edzes federais, da Justi\u00e7a Trabalhista, da Justi\u00e7a Militar e estaduais.<\/p>\n

O agendamento, no entanto, n\u00e3o agradou \u00e0 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Ju\u00edzes Federais do Brasil (Ajufe). O presidente do grupo, Roberto Carvalho Veloso, divulgou nota nesta quinta-feira (22) defendendo que o STF deveria julgar tamb\u00e9m outra a\u00e7\u00e3o, proposta pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR), que versa sobre tudo aquilo que pode e o que n\u00e3o pode ser pago aos ju\u00edzes brasileiros. “N\u00e3o basta apenas julgar as a\u00e7\u00f5es que tratam do aux\u00edlio-moradia, que atingir\u00e3o apenas os ju\u00edzes federais, deixando sem resolu\u00e7\u00e3o os diversos pagamentos realizados nos \u00e2mbitos dos demais seguimentos do Judici\u00e1rio”, reclamou Veloso.<\/p>\n

“A Ajufe, no presente momento, defende o julgamento conjunto para que sejam definidos, pelo STF, quais s\u00e3o os pagamentos legais e constitucionais devidos a todos os magistrados brasileiros (Ministros, Desembargadores e Ju\u00edzes), colocando uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva nesta quest\u00e3o, que tanto atormenta a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e a opini\u00e3o p\u00fablicas brasileiras”, defendeu o presidente da associa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

De acordo com reportagem publicada nesta quinta-feira pelo jornal Folha de S.Paulo, cerca de 100 magistrados iniciaram movimento que pode culminar em uma greve da categoria por conta da “seletividade” de C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, que mirou apenas nos benef\u00edcios pagos aos ju\u00edzes federais.<\/p>\n

A Ajufe alega, em nota, que “tem mobilizado todos os magistrados federais para que n\u00e3o deixem de exercer sua atividade judicante, de forma altiva e respons\u00e1vel, n\u00e3o aceitando tratamento diferenciado e depreciativo, inclusive de forma reflexa, atingindo a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe \u00e9 devida, como todo trabalhador brasileiro”.<\/p>\n

Debate ganhou for\u00e7a por conta de atores da Lava Jato<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A discuss\u00e3o acerca do pagamento do benef\u00edcio, que atualmente \u00e9 de R$ 4,3 mil mensais por magistrado, ganhou for\u00e7a no in\u00edcio deste ano ap\u00f3s ser noticiado que, mesmo possuindo im\u00f3veis pr\u00f3prios, os ju\u00edzes S\u00e9rgio Moro (Curitiba) e Marcelo Bretas (Rio de Janeiro) recebem aux\u00edlios-moradia. O juiz respons\u00e1vel pelos processos da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato no Paran\u00e1 acabou jogando ainda mais gasolina na j\u00e1 inflamada discuss\u00e3o ao defender a tese de que o pagamento do benef\u00edcio compensava a falta de reajustes salariais.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Advocacia-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (AGU), o custo anual do pagamento do aux\u00edlio-moradia \u00e9 de aproximadamente R$ 435 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
