A decis\u00e3o judicial est\u00e1 sob sigilo, no entanto, a Pol\u00edcia Federal confirmou que j\u00e1 recebeu a ordem de apreens\u00e3o do documento.<\/p>\n<p>A determina\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com a\u00a0 condena\u00e7\u00e3o de Lula\u00a0 pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o (TRF-4) e foi tomada no \u00e2mbito do processo da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Zelotes que apura suposto tr\u00e1fico de influ\u00eancia de Lula na compra, pela For\u00e7a A\u00e9rea Bras\u00edlia (FAB), de ca\u00e7as suecos.<\/p>\n<p>A medida foi solicitada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) em virtude de uma viagem que o ex-presidente faria na sexta-feira (26) \u00e0 Eti\u00f3pia para participar de um evento da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para Agricultura e Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (FAO).<\/p>\n<p>Em 2016, o petista se tornou r\u00e9u em um inqu\u00e9rito no qual o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) acusa o ex-presidente e seu filho de crimes de tr\u00e1fico de influ\u00eancia, lavagem de dinheiro e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, sob a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de integrarem um esquema que vendia a promessa de interfer\u00eancias no governo federal para beneficiar empresas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Zelotes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segundo a den\u00fancia do MPF, as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es constataram que o ex-presidente, seu filho\u00a0 Lu\u00eds Cl\u00e1udio\u00a0 e os consultores Mauro Marcondes e Cristina Mautoni atuaram em negocia\u00e7\u00f5es irregulares no contrato de compra dos ca\u00e7as suecos Gripen e tamb\u00e9m em uma medida provis\u00f3ria para prorrogar os incentivos fiscais para montadoras de autom\u00f3veis.
