\"\"<\/a>Ao menos 27 pessoas morreram ap\u00f3s um atirador disparar contra pessoas que estavam em uma igreja batista neste domingo (5) em Sutherland Springs, no Texas, regi\u00e3o leste dos Estados Unidos. Um policial que est\u00e1 no local do ataque informou \u00e0 rede CBS News que h\u00e1 ainda “entre 20 e 25 feridos” que foram encaminhados a hospitais da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Segundo as autoridades, os disparos foram realizados por apenas um homem, que tamb\u00e9m morreu no incidente. Ainda n\u00e3o se sabe as causas do tiroteio e n\u00e3o ficou claro se o autor dos disparos foi morto pela pol\u00edcia do Texas ou se tirou a pr\u00f3pria vida.<\/p>\n

Sutherland Springs \u00e9 uma pequena comunidade localizada a cerca de 50 quil\u00f4metros de San Antonio. O ataque ocorreu durante a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de uma missa na Primeira Igreja Batista, de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o evang\u00e9lica, por volta das 11h30 no hor\u00e1rio local (15h30 no hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia).<\/p>\n

“Deus esteja com o povo de Sutherland Springs, Texas. O FBI e as for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a est\u00e3o no local. Eu monitoro a situa\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do Jap\u00e3o”, escreveu no Twitter o presidente dos Estados Unidos, Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

O tiroteio deste domingo no Texas acontece pouco mais de um m\u00eas depois de Stephen Paddock ter matado 58 pessoas em um festival country em Las Vegas, disparando de seu quarto em um hotel cassino. O epis\u00f3dio reacendeu o debate sobre o acesso a armas de fogo nos Estados Unidos, tema que deve se manter na pauta do pa\u00eds ap\u00f3s os disparos no Texas.<\/p>\n
