Caso a chapa eleita em 2014 seja cassada, Michel Temer ter\u00e1 de deixar Presid\u00eancia e Dilma perder\u00e1 direitos pol\u00edticos, motivo pelo qual o julgamento desta ter\u00e7a-feira pode causar nova crise no governo; entenda o que est\u00e1 em jogo e quais ser\u00e3o os pr\u00f3ximos passos do processo no Tribunal.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) vai retomar, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (6), o julgamento contra a chapa que elegeu Dilma Rousseff (PT) presidente e Michel Temer (PMDB) seu vice, nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2014.<\/p>\n

O processo que apura suposto abuso pol\u00edtico e eleitoral na campanha da chapa de Dilma e Temer tramita no TSE h\u00e1 dois anos e tr\u00eas meses e teve o julgamento suspenso em mar\u00e7o deste ano. O ministro Gilmar Mendes definiu quatro sess\u00f5es para a an\u00e1lise do processo, que ser\u00e3o realizadas nos dias seguintes.<\/p>\n

Tal processo pode tirar os direitos pol\u00edticos da ex-presidente e afastar o atual mandat\u00e1rio do cargo.<\/p>\n

Para tal vota\u00e7\u00e3o, a seguran\u00e7a no entorno e no interior do pr\u00e9dio do TSE foi refor\u00e7ada, a fim de evitar poss\u00edveis tumultos. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 feita, nesta ter\u00e7a, uma checagem interna dos participantes, j\u00e1 que a sess\u00e3o \u00e9 p\u00fablica e aberta. O lugar comporta at\u00e9 240 pessoas.<\/p>\n

O julgamento havia sido iniciado em abril, mas foi interrompido ap\u00f3s o pedido de inclus\u00e3o de mais testemunhas, como os marqueteiros da campanha, Jo\u00e3o Santana e M\u00f4nica Moura.<\/p>\n

Novo ‘elenco’<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

No entanto, h\u00e1 a possibilidade do processo ser paralisado novamente por conta de um pedido de vistas no caso, j\u00e1 que dois novos ministros assumiram seus cargos no meio do julgamento.<\/p>\n

Indicado por Temer, o ministro Admar Gonzaga assumiu a vaga de Henrique Neves no fim de abril.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, em maio, encerrou-se o mandato da ministra Luciana L\u00f3ssio, que se despediu do Tribunal para dar lugar a Tarcisio Vieira de Carvalho Neto, que tomou posse nesta semana.<\/p>\n

Luciana foi figura de destaque no in\u00edcio do processo contra a chapa vencedora da elei\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial de 2014. Em 2015, quando o caso foi desarquivado pelo TSE, Luciana interrompeu a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o do processo com um pedido de vistas quando j\u00e1 havia sido formada maioria pela continuidade da a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s pouco menos de um m\u00eas, no entanto, a agora ex-ministra liberou seu voto e o processo teve sequ\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

O processo<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

O processo foi iniciado logo ap\u00f3s as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2014, em pedido da chapa derrotada, que era do PSDB, por conta de irregularidades como o recebimento de dinheiro vindo de propina da Petrobras, que j\u00e1 era alvo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato.<\/p>\n

Como Dilma j\u00e1 foi afastada da Presid\u00eancia, contra ela, a condena\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser a perda dos direitos pol\u00edticos. J\u00e1 Temer pode ser retirado do cargo por conta de uma eventual condena\u00e7\u00e3o, mas n\u00e3o deve perder os direitos pol\u00edticos nesse julgamento. No entanto, ap\u00f3s a senten\u00e7a, os dois ainda podem recorrer no pr\u00f3prio TSE e para o Supremo Tribunal Federal.<\/p>\n
