O interrogat\u00f3rio do presidente foi pedido pela Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica e ser\u00e1 feito pela Pol\u00edcia Federal. Temer poder\u00e1 responder aos questionamentos por escrito, no prazo de at\u00e9 24 horas ap\u00f3s a entrega das perguntas.<\/p>\n<p>Na mesma decis\u00e3o, o ministro aceitou pedido de Temer para separar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es acerca de fatos relacionados a ele e ao senador afastado A\u00e9cio Neves (PSDB-MG), tamb\u00e9m implicado nas dela\u00e7\u00f5es dos irm\u00e3os Batista. O agora ex-deputado Rocha Loures (PMDB-PR) ser\u00e1 investigado no mesmo inqu\u00e9rito que o presidente da Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o de Fachin contraria pedido da defesa do presidente, que dizia ser necess\u00e1rio aguardar o resultado da per\u00edcia do \u00e1udio entregue por Joesley Batista para s\u00f3 depois decidir sobre a necessidade de um interrogat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>Temer \u00e9 investigado por supostamente ter concordado com plano do empres\u00e1rio para comprar o sil\u00eancio do ex-deputado Eduardo Cunha (PMDB) e do doleiro L\u00facio Funaro. O presidente tamb\u00e9m teria indicado seu assessor Rocha Loures para tratar de assuntos de interesse da JBS junto ao Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econ\u00f4mica (Cade). Ele nega as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>As conversas gravadas por Joesley Batista j\u00e1 motivaram ao menos 13 pedidos de impeachment contra Temer na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados.
