O Clube dos Corretores de Seguros de S\u00e3o Paulo (CCS-SP) realizou almo\u00e7o exclusivo para associados no dia 9 de maio, no restaurante Terra\u00e7o It\u00e1lia, para discutir o tema \u201cGest\u00e3o participativa e eficiente\u201d. O secret\u00e1rio Evaldir Barboza de Paula explicou que o objetivo era obter a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos associados para melhorar a gest\u00e3o da entidade e definir os rumos para o futuro. J\u00e1 o mentor Adevaldo Calegari reconheceu a import\u00e2ncia de oferecer aos associados a oportunidade de expor suas ideias e sugest\u00f5es. \u201c\u00c9 muito bom ter a oportunidade de conhecer e entender as expectativas dos nossos associados. Toda sugest\u00e3o \u00e9 sempre muito bem-vinda\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

Um dos assuntos que mereceu o maior n\u00famero de sugest\u00f5es foi a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos, al\u00e9m do tradicional almo\u00e7o mensal. \u201cO Clube tem entre seus associados diversos especialistas. Ent\u00e3o, por que n\u00e3o aproveitar esses talentos para promover palestras, cursos e treinamentos sobre temas espec\u00edficos, como Responsabilidade Civil, D&O, negocia\u00e7\u00e3o etc.?\u201d, disse o associado Richard Furck. Tamb\u00e9m se manifestou Marcos Abarca, sugerindo a\u00e7\u00f5es para ampliar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens corretores no quadro associativo. \u201cPrecisamos oxigenar o Clube, trazer a nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o que nos substituir\u00e1 no futuro\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas aos associados, o encontro tamb\u00e9m contou a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da nova associada Suely Marino e de uma homenagem \u00e0 mem\u00f3ria do ex-mentor Jos\u00e9 Francisco de Miranda Fontana, falecido no dia 29 de abril. \u201cTemos muito a agradecer ao Dr. Fontana por sua extraordin\u00e1ria colabora\u00e7\u00e3o ao Clube\u201d, disse Calegari. Ao lado do irm\u00e3o \u00c9lcio Fontana e da esposa dele Ana Maria, Nelson Fontana leu um texto que relata a como\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade de Ibertioga (MG) durante o enterro do seu pai e que tamb\u00e9m explica o porqu\u00ea ele era t\u00e3o querido pelo povo.<\/p>\n

\u201cEu e meus irm\u00e3os fomos surpreendidos. A cidade parou para homenagear o meu pai. Um cortejo de bois levou o caix\u00e3o e a popula\u00e7\u00e3o seguiu durante o trajeto chorando e aplaudindo. O padre disse no serm\u00e3o que meu pai era um homem devotado ao seu povo, l\u00edder e altru\u00edsta\u201d. Em seguida, ele contou que o pai, apesar da brilhante carreira no seguro, um dia resolveu largar tudo para se dedicar ao povo de sua terra natal, destacando-se pelas realiza\u00e7\u00f5es como prefeito em duas gest\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Uma das realiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Jos\u00e9 Fontana em Ibertioga foi a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um hospital. \u201cNenhum pobre do Brasil teve uma assist\u00eancia m\u00e9dica t\u00e3o boa quanto a do povo dele\u201d, disse. Nelson Fontana confessou que durante o enterro entendeu o alcance do altru\u00edsmo do seu pai. \u201cTudo o que ele ganhava era gasto instantaneamente com suas obras. Ele acreditava que Deus proveria e cuidaria dele. E de fato nunca ficou doente. Por isso, n\u00e3o tenho d\u00favidas de que estamos falando de uma pessoa aben\u00e7oada. N\u00f3s, homens de pouca f\u00e9, n\u00e3o temos como explicar a vida e a obra do Dr. Fontana e o seu legado, sem reconhecer que ele tinha um relacionamento especial com Deus\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n

No encerramento do encontro, Calegari deu uma boa not\u00edcia aos associados. Ele comunicou que o CCS-SP receber\u00e1 uma homenagem da C\u00e2mara Municipal pelo seu anivers\u00e1rio de 45 anos. \u201cPor iniciativa de Daniel Annenberg, atual secret\u00e1rio municipal de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia, a C\u00e2mara Municipal conceder\u00e1 uma homenagem ao Clube no dia 5 de outubro. Conto com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n
