Presidente Michel Temer fez pronunciamento \u00e0 imprensa na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (13\/02\/2017) e anunciou que ministros do seu governo citados na Lava Jato ser\u00e3o afastados temporariamente em caso de den\u00fancia e definitivamente caso virem r\u00e9us.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

O presidente Michel Temer disse em pronunciamento na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (13\/02\/2017) em Bras\u00edlia que os ministros que se tornarem r\u00e9us na Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava Jato ser\u00e3o afastados do cargo. O an\u00fancio da nova pol\u00edtica do governo, que inclui ainda o afastamento provis\u00f3rio de qualquer integrante do Planalto que for denunciado, surge como resposta \u00e0s alega\u00e7\u00f5es de que o presidente estaria tentando ‘blindar’ o peemedebista Moreira Franco, citado dezenas de vezes em dela\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

\u201cSe houver den\u00fancia, o que significa um conjunto de provas que eventualmente possam conduzir ao seu acolhimento, o ministro que estiver denunciado na Lava Jato ser\u00e1 afastado provisoriamente. Depois, se acolhida a den\u00fancia, e a\u00ed sim, o ministro se transformar em r\u00e9u da Lava Jato, o afastamento \u00e9 definitivo\u201d, disse Temer no Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto.<\/p>\n

\u201cSe algu\u00e9m se converter em r\u00e9u estar\u00e1 afastado independentemente do julgamento final\u201d, acrescentou. \u201cFa\u00e7o essa declara\u00e7\u00e3o para dizer que o governo n\u00e3o quer e n\u00e3o vai blindar ningu\u00e9m. Apenas n\u00e3o pode aceitar que a simples men\u00e7\u00e3o inauguradora de um inqu\u00e9rito, para depois inaugurar uma den\u00fancia, para depois inaugurar um processo, j\u00e1 seja de igual motivo a incrimin\u00e1-lo em definitivo e em consequ\u00eancia afastar o eventual ministro.\u201d<\/p>\n

Temer informou ainda que a Casa Civil est\u00e1 finalizando um projeto de lei que vai regulamentar o direito \u00e0 greve no caso de servi\u00e7os considerados essenciais. Segundo o presidente, essa regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o nada tem a ver com o caso da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de policiais no Esp\u00edrito Santo, uma vez que, nesse caso, j\u00e1 h\u00e1 uma lei proibindo greves de policiais.<\/p>\n

Moreira Franco<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de Moreira Franco como ministro da Secretaria-Geral da Presid\u00eancia da Rep\u00fablica foi oficializada pelo presidente Michel Temer no \u00faltimo dia 3. A posse gerou uma batalha na Justi\u00e7a e uma sequ\u00eancia de medidas liminares contra e a favor da indica\u00e7\u00e3o: at\u00e9 o momento, o saldo da guerra de liminares sobre esse tema contabiliza tr\u00eas decis\u00f5es favor\u00e1veis e uma contr\u00e1ria a Moreira Franco.<\/p>\n

A guerra por meio de liminares s\u00f3 deve terminar ap\u00f3s decis\u00e3o do ministro do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) Celso de Mello, que \u00e9 relator de dois mandados de seguran\u00e7a nos quais a Rede Sustentabilidade e o PSOL questionam a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de Moreira Franco pelo presidente Temer. A decis\u00e3o do magistrado deve ser anunciada ainda nesta semana.<\/p>\n
