Um deles \u00e9 o que limita em R$ 150 o subs\u00eddio do governo do estado ao usu\u00e1rio do Bilhete \u00danico intermunicipal. Atualmente, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 teto para o gasto.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto pro\u00edbe o uso do bilhete \u00fanico em vans intermunicipais. Com a medida, o governo do Rio de Janeiro estima uma economia anual de R$ 258 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>O segundo projeto a ser discutido nesta quarta prev\u00ea que os passageiros que utilizam as barcas da Ilha do Governador e da Ilha de Paquet\u00e1 passem a pagar a tarifa do bilhete \u00fanico, independentemente da integra\u00e7\u00e3o intermunicipal. Os moradores dessas duas ilhas com direito \u00e0 gratuidade no transporte tamb\u00e9m perder\u00e3o o benef\u00edcio. Eles pagar\u00e3o metade do valor do bilhete.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 o momento, j\u00e1 foram discutidos sete dos 21 projetos do pacote que entraram na pauta da Alerj. Mais sete foram retirados da pauta e um teve a tramita\u00e7\u00e3o suspensa pela Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>As propostas retiradas de pauta s\u00e3o aquelas que previam a extin\u00e7\u00e3o de autarquias e funda\u00e7\u00f5es estaduais. A proposta suspensa pela Justi\u00e7a prev\u00ea o fim dos tri\u00eanios para os servidores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No in\u00edcio do m\u00eas, o plen\u00e1rio da Alerj havia sido ocupado por servidores estaduais em protesto contra as medidas de austeridade, chamadas pelos manifestantes de \u201cpacote de maldades\u201d. A ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o durou cerca de duas horas.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos servidores na ativa, participaram do protesto aposentados e pensionistas do Estado. Mais cedo, os manifestantes haviam feito outra tentativa de invadir o pr\u00e9dio, mas foram impedidos por policiais do Batalh\u00e3o de Choque. Segundo a dire\u00e7\u00e3o da Alerj, o grupo destruiu o gabinete da vice-presid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>\u201cAfronta ao Estado\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o protesto, o presidente da Alerj, Jorge Picciani (PMDB), emitiu nota \u00e0 imprensa na qual considerava que a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do plen\u00e1rio da Casa no Rio de Janeiro era um \u201ccrime e uma afronta ao Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito sem precedentes na hist\u00f3ria pol\u00edtica brasileira e deve ser repudiado\u201d.
