Neste domingo (30), mais de 30 milh\u00f5es eleitores de 57 munic\u00edpios, inclusive 18 capitais, voltam \u00e0s urnas para escolher seus novos prefeitos no segundo turno das elei\u00e7\u00f5es. As pesquisas de boca de urna s\u00f3 podem ser divulgadas depois de encerrada a vota\u00e7\u00e3o, que deve ocorrer \u00e0s 17 horas (hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia).<\/p>\n

O estado de S\u00e3o Paulo \u00e9 o que tem maior n\u00famero de prefeituras em disputa: s\u00e3o 13 no total. Em seguida v\u00eam o Rio de Janeiro, com 6, e Rio Grande do Sul, Pernambuco e Esp\u00edrito Santo, com 4 cidades cada um. Nas capitais, o confronto que mais se repete \u00e9 entre PMDB e PSDB, que se enfrentam em Porto Alegre, Macei\u00f3 e Cuiab\u00e1.<\/p>\n

O PSDB \u00e9 o partido com o maior n\u00famero de candidatos neste segundo turno (19), seguido pelo PMDB (16). O PSB tem 9; o PDT, 8; e PSD e PT, 7 cada. Neste domingo, 10 candidatos tentam a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, e 14 deputados disputam prefeituras (ver quadro) \u2013 outros 2 concorrem a vice.<\/p>\n

Impacto nos partidos<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

O PSDB, de acordo com o cientista pol\u00edtico David Fleischer, foi o partido que mais se destacou nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais at\u00e9 agora, principalmente com a vit\u00f3ria no primeiro turno do tucano Jo\u00e3o D\u00f3ria em S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 o destaque negativo, segundo Fleischer, foi o PT, que perdeu em mais de 60% dos munic\u00edpios que governava, caindo do 3\u00ba para o 10\u00ba lugar em n\u00famero de prefeituras.<\/p>\n

O resultado final das elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais, avalia Fleischer, tamb\u00e9m deve ter consequ\u00eancias na disputa por vagas na C\u00e2mara em 2018.<\/p>\n

\u201cTemos mais ou menos uma regra nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais: o partido que elege mais prefeitos, dois anos depois, vai eleger mais deputados, e vice-versa\u201d, disse. \u201cJ\u00e1 o partido que elege menos prefeitos vai eleger menos deputados dois anos depois.\u201d<\/p>\n

Preparativos<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

No dia da vota\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 proibido fazer boca de urna, com\u00edcios, carreatas, usar alto-falantes e amplificadores de som ou a qualquer tipo de propaganda de partidos ou candidatos. Mas o eleitor pode comparecer \u00e0 se\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral usando bandeira, broche ou adesivo de seu candidato, desde que fique em sil\u00eancio.<\/p>\n

Em seis cidades haver\u00e1 presen\u00e7a da For\u00e7a Nacional: S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, Curitiba, Ponta Grossa e Maring\u00e1. No primeiro turno, o Tribunal Superior Eleitoral autorizou o refor\u00e7o na seguran\u00e7a em 467 munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n
