No entanto, em decorr\u00eancia da perda de foro privilegiado do ex-senador envolvido, Delc\u00eddio do Amaral, e tamb\u00e9m pelo fato de o crime ter ocorrido em Bras\u00edlia, a den\u00fancia foi enviada \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Federal do Distrito Federal. Com essa redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o, o MPF do DF foi acionado para se manifestar sobre a a\u00e7\u00e3o penal e concluiu pela confirma\u00e7\u00e3o integral da den\u00fancia pr\u00e9via do PGR.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m de confirmar os elementos apresentados, o procurador da Rep\u00fablica Ivan Cl\u00e1udio Marx faz acr\u00e9scimos \u00e0 pe\u00e7a inicial, com o objetivo de ampliar a descri\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos e as provas que envolvem os acusados.
