Principalmente, quando se \u00e9 lembrado por uma entidade como o CVG-SP\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n<p>Ele tamb\u00e9m ressaltou a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o do CVG-SP na discuss\u00e3o de temas jur\u00eddicos. \u201cEmbora n\u00e3o seja voltado aos aspectos jur\u00eddicos, o CVG-SP tem papel importante nesse aspecto tamb\u00e9m. Com o advento do C\u00f3digo Civil, o CVG-SP foi agente extraordin\u00e1rio, no sentido de decifrar o C\u00f3digo Civil geral e o contrato. Recebo esta homenagem e aproveito a oportunidade para homenagear o CVG-SP pelo importante papel que desempenha no mercado\u201d, disse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>Trajet\u00f3ria profissional<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ayrton Pimentel \u00e9 advogado graduado pela Faculdade de Direito Mackenzie (em 1964); mestre em Direito Civil pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (USP) (em 1979); coautor da obra &#8220;O contrato de seguro de acordo com o novo C\u00f3digo Civil Brasileiro&#8221;; e presidente do Grupo Nacional de Trabalho de Seguros de Pessoas da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Direito de Seguro (AIDA).
