\"GBB\"<\/a>O Conselho Diretor da Superintend\u00eancia de Seguros Privados (Susep) aprovou na ultima quinta-feira (03\/03\/2016) o encerramento do regime especial de dire\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal da GBOEX – Gr\u00eamio Beneficente. A decis\u00e3o foi tomada diante dos resultados obtidos pela empresa ap\u00f3s ter adotado uma s\u00e9rie de medidas que visavam seu equil\u00edbrio financeiro. A dire\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal foi determinada pela Superintend\u00eancia em 30 outubro de 2014. No final do ano passado, a GBOEX j\u00e1 apresentava sens\u00edveis melhoras de suas contas. A dire\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal n\u00e3o afetou a continuidade dos neg\u00f3cios da empresa.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a diretora de Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Susep, Helena Venceslau, o regime especial de dire\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal deve ser entendido, tanto pelos empres\u00e1rios quanto pelos consumidores, como uma a\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva e de aux\u00edlio da Superintend\u00eancia \u00e0s empresas em dificuldades e que tenham a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de se reorganizar e se reerguer.<\/p>\n

O caso GBOEX demonstra que tal objetivo \u00e9 poss\u00edvel e vi\u00e1vel. \u201cA dire\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal n\u00e3o significa uma etapa que antecede \u00e0 decreta\u00e7\u00e3o da liquida\u00e7\u00e3o extrajudicial. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, esse regime tem como objetivo reerguer as empresas, tendo a Susep como \u00f3rg\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximo, auxiliando nesse processo\u201d, afirma ela.<\/p>\n
