Ele \u00e9 acusado de dar o \u2018golpe do seguro\u2019 e receber indevidamente R$ 149 mil ap\u00f3s falsa queixa de roubo.<\/p>\n<p>Essa \u00e9 a segunda vez no ano que Sav\u00e9rio vira r\u00e9u em processo criminal. Em mar\u00e7o deste ano, ele foi processado pelos crimes de peculato, forma\u00e7\u00e3o de quadrilha, falsidade ideol\u00f3gica e de documentos, e prevarica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A den\u00fancia do promotor Wanderley Trindade J\u00fanior foi acatada pela 2\u00aa Vara Judicial de Cravinhos na \u00faltima semana. Segundo a den\u00fancia, Sav\u00e9rio apresentou queixa de roubo de seu ve\u00edculo, uma SUV Evoque, dia 23 de abril de 2014, por meio de boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, em Limeira.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s receber o valor da seguradora, \u201cefetuou a troca da placa original do referido ve\u00edculo, nele inserindo, fraudulentamente, as placas falsas\u201d, relatou o promotor Trindade J\u00fanior na den\u00fancia. Desta forma, conseguia circulava livremente com o autom\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>Preso<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a a\u00e7\u00e3o, o delegado, hoje afastado das fun\u00e7\u00f5es e preso desde o \u00faltimo dia 13 no Pres\u00eddio da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, teria tentado fugir quando soube da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o, comandada por policiais da Corregedoria da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, come\u00e7ou em Cravinhos, no dia anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00e9m, informado do mandado de pris\u00e3o existente contra ele, Sav\u00e9rio tentou escapar, fugindo sentido a S\u00e3o Joaquim da Barra, onde os policiais montaram um cerco para prend\u00ea-lo. Ao perceber o cerco, o delegado desrespeitou ordem oficial de parada dada pelos Policiais Militares, furou o bloqueio e prosseguiu na fuga, sendo somente capturado na cidade de Restinga, num canavial.<\/p>\n<p>Caso condenado, o delegado que responde a processo por infringir os a artigos 171 (estelionato) e 340 (falsa comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de crime) pode pegar de 1 a 5 anos de pris\u00e3o, al\u00e9m do pagamento de multa.
