Tais servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o podem ser prestados diretamente pelas seguradoras, bem como ser pagos ao segurado ou ter seu valor a ele reembolsado, sob qualquer forma e n\u00e3o devem estar previstos na nota t\u00e9cnica atuarial do seguro.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, o pagamento referente aos servi\u00e7os de assist\u00eancia poder\u00e1 ser realizado no mesmo instrumento de cobran\u00e7a do pr\u00eamio comercial, desde que esteja devidamente discriminado.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, as seguradoras assumem a responsabilidade subsidi\u00e1ria perante o segurado pela presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de assist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, a partir de agora, as seguradoras n\u00e3o podem mais ofertar aos segurados o reembolso para servi\u00e7os de assist\u00eancia 24h.
