A decis\u00e3o foi baseada em reclama\u00e7\u00f5es feitas no segundo trimestre por consumidores em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cobertura assistencial das operadoras de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Os clientes atuais das empresas continuam protegidos, j\u00e1 que a medida s\u00f3 impede a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos para novos contratantes. As vendas s\u00f3 poder\u00e3o ser retomadas caso os planos de sa\u00fade melhorem os resultados averiguados pela ANS.<\/p>\n
