J\u00e1 com a Telebr\u00e1s, ag\u00eancias ter\u00e3o conex\u00f5es mais c\u00e9leres e est\u00e1veis.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O INSS e a Dataprev caminham juntos h\u00e1 48 anos na promo\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas para garantir o reconhecimento do direito e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o. O contrato n\u00b0 30, assinado no \u00faltimo dia 25, consolida a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dessa parceria com melhorias nos meios de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, voltados \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento ao cidad\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O instrumento viabiliza o acesso aos sistemas de atendimento, concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios, processamento da folha de pagamento, cadastro das rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho do cidad\u00e3o, entre outras atividades fundamentais para que a autarquia possa cumprir sua miss\u00e3o institucional de reconhecer direitos.<\/p>\n<p>Para se ter uma ideia dessa evolu\u00e7\u00e3o, o novo contrato representa uma economia de 11% com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao contrato de 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Outra busca constante do INSS \u00e9 pela garantia da qualidade dos servi\u00e7os, mensurados por transa\u00e7\u00f5es efetuadas e, portanto, pagos apenas pelo efetivamente entregue.<\/p>\n<p>O INSS tamb\u00e9m firmou novo contrato com a Telebr\u00e1s na mesma data para o fornecimento de links de internet. Com isso, as conex\u00f5es ser\u00e3o mais c\u00e9leres e est\u00e1veis nas unidades de atendimento do Instituto. A medida permitir\u00e1 que, a cada novo ponto de rede for instalado, haja uma minora\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos com a Dataprev.<\/p>\n<p>Para o presidente do INSS, Guilherme Serrano, o novo contrato com a Dataprev possibilita ao Instituto <strong><em>\u201cum ganho com a racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o, que refletir\u00e1 em economia para o governo\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cAvan\u00e7amos na disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados ao INSS para fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento dos acordos de n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o. Com isso, gera mais transpar\u00eancia ao Instituto.
