No dia 12 de julho, essa pessoa registrou um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, em Belo Horizonte, pelo roubo do ve\u00edculo. No dia seguinte, dia 13, a pessoa notificou o Clube de Benef\u00edcios Bem Protege de prote\u00e7\u00e3o pela ocorr\u00eancia do sinistro. Ele contou ao CQCS que a pessoa \u00e9 seu ex-cliente que optou por contratar prote\u00e7\u00e3o veicular. \u201c\u00c9 preciso divulgar para evitar que outras pessoas sejam prejudicadas\u201d, disse ele.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, o ve\u00edculo foi roubado por indiv\u00edduos armados. No dia 9 de setembro, o associado \u2013 esse \u00e9 o termo usado pelas empresas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o para se referir aos clientes \u2013 recebeu uma mensagem informando que n\u00e3o seria poss\u00edvel o pagamento do sinistro.<\/p>\n<p>A pessoa que teve o pedido negado enviou para o corretor a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o recebida do Clube de Benef\u00edcios Bem Protege que o atendia. Segundo a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o enviada, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o foi acionada no dia 13 de julho, dia seguinte ao ocorrido, e isso impossibilitou a associa\u00e7\u00e3o fazer as dilig\u00eancias pela recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo, \u201cbem como desrespeitando o prazo de abertura imediata, em desconformidade do regulamento\u201d, diz a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com a explica\u00e7\u00e3o o regulamentado diz que para prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos associados, s\u00f3 \u00e9 permitida reparti\u00e7\u00e3o dos preju\u00edzos nos casos previstos no regulamento. \u201cVerifica-se pelo regulamento que faz for\u00e7a de lei entre os signat\u00e1rios, que h\u00e1 disson\u00e2ncia entre os requisitos para repara\u00e7\u00e3o e os fatos apresentados violando as regras indispens\u00e1veis para autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do reparo e quita\u00e7\u00e3o da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><em>Prote\u00e7\u00e3o veicular n\u00e3o \u00e9 seguro<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muito j\u00e1 se falou da import\u00e2ncia de esclarecer o consumidor sobre a diferen\u00e7a entre seguros ofertados pelas companhias e os produtos oferecidos pelas empresas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o veicular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 sempre importante lembrar que as seguradoras s\u00e3o regulamentadas e fiscalizadas pelo Governo, no caso pela Susep, a autarquia que cuida do mercado segurador. As empresas de associa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o sofrem nenhum tipo de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na prote\u00e7\u00e3o veicular, o risco \u00e9 dos associados. No seguro tradicional o risco \u00e9 assumido pelas seguradoras que possuem reserva t\u00e9cnica para garantir o pagamento da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o.
