\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Come\u00e7a a partir do dia 16 de agosto o prazo para entrega da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto sobre a Propriedade Territorial Rural (DITR), referente ao exerc\u00edcio 2021. Pessoa f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica propriet\u00e1ria, titular do dom\u00ednio \u00fatil ou possuidora de qualquer t\u00edtulo de im\u00f3vel rural, inclusive a usufrutu\u00e1ria, deve apresentar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Receita Federal.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Secretaria da Agricultura, Pecu\u00e1ria, Irriga\u00e7\u00e3o, Pesca e Aquicultura da Bahia (Seagri), o prazo final da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o vai at\u00e9 o dia 30 de setembro.<\/p>\n

O contribuinte obrigado por lei a entregar a declara\u00e7\u00e3o que n\u00e3o realizar o dep\u00f3sito dos documentos at\u00e9 o fim do prazo ter\u00e1 que pagar multa por atraso na entrega.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Seagri, a DITR deve ser elaborada no computador por meio do Programa Gerador da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o do ITR relativo ao exerc\u00edcio de 2021 (Programa ITR 2021), dispon\u00edvel no site da Receita Federal.<\/p>\n

Caso ap\u00f3s a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o o contribuinte perceber erros ou falta de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, poder\u00e1 enviar uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o retificadora, que substitui a original apresentada. No documento retificador, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio constar novamente todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es prestadas no primeiro documento, com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es e exclus\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias, bem como as informa\u00e7\u00f5es adicionadas.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Seagri, o valor do ITR pode ser pago em at\u00e9 quatro parcelas mensais, sendo que nenhuma pode ter valor inferior a R$ 50,00. O imposto de valor inferior a R$ 100,00 deve ser pago em parcela \u00fanica. A primeira ou \u00fanica parcela deve ser paga at\u00e9 o dia 30 de setembro, \u00faltimo dia do prazo para a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O pagamento do imposto pode ser feito por transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria apenas nos bancos autorizados ou por meio de Documento de Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o de Receitas Federais (DARF), em qualquer ag\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria que faz parte da rede arrecadadora de receitas federais. As regras para apresentar o documento est\u00e3o na Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa 2.040\/2021, da Receita Federal.<\/p>\n
