A tr\u00eas dias do Natal, foi preso na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira o prefeito do Rio de Janeiro, Marcelo Bezerra Crivella (Republicanos). O pol\u00edtico era investigado em um inqu\u00e9rito que ficou conhecido como o \u201cQG da Propina\u201d – um esquema de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o que acontecia dentro da prefeitura. Al\u00e9m de Crivella foram presos Rafael Alves, homem de confian\u00e7a do prefeito e apontado como operador do esquema, o vereador Fernando Moraes. O ex-senador Eduardo Benedito Lopes tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 alvo a\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 comandada pela Coordenadoria de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de Agentes com Foro (CIAF) e pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico estadual, mas n\u00e3o foi encontrado em casa. Era pouco antes das 6h quando os investigadores chegaram na casa de Crivella, na Barra da Tijuca, na Zona Oeste do Rio. Quatro carros com policiais e promotores pararam no local. Crivella ser\u00e1 levado para a Cidade da Pol\u00edcia, na Zona Norte.<\/p>\n

Revelada com exclusividade pelo GLOBO em dezembro, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ‘QG da Propina’ que mira no governo Crivella est\u00e1 baseada na colabora\u00e7\u00e3o premiada do doleiro S\u00e9rgio Mizrahy, preso pela opera\u00e7\u00e3o C\u00e2mbio, Desligo no ano passado.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Na dela\u00e7\u00e3o, homologada pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio, Mizrahy se referiu a um \u201cQG da propina\u201d dentro da Riotur e apontou Rafael Alves, homem de confian\u00e7a do prefeito, como operador do suposto esquema.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

O doleiro afirmou na dela\u00e7\u00e3o que Rafael Alves se tornou um dos homens de confian\u00e7a de Crivella ao articular doa\u00e7\u00f5es para sua campanha eleitoral de 2016. Ele ainda contou que Alves emplacou o irm\u00e3o na presid\u00eancia da Riotur e viabilizou \u201ca contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas para a prefeitura e o recebimento de faturas antigas em aberto, deixadas na gest\u00e3o do antigo prefeito Eduardo Paes, tudo em troca de pagamentos de propina\u201d.<\/p>\n

Aos promotores, Mizrahy disse que recebia semanalmente de Rafael cheques de prestadores de servi\u00e7o da prefeitura. O doleiro contou que um deles era uma propina da empresa Locanty, que faz servi\u00e7os de limpeza, coleta de lixo e loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos. Embora n\u00e3o tenha contratos na gest\u00e3o Crivella, a companhia cobra d\u00edvidas deixadas pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o anterior.<\/p>\n

Para comprovar o seu depoimento, Mizrahy relata epis\u00f3dios ocorridos nos dias 10 e 11 de maio do ano passado, logo ap\u00f3s sua pris\u00e3o. Diz que dois funcion\u00e1rios da Riotur, empresa comandada pelo irm\u00e3o de Rafael, estiveram naqueles dois dias na casa de Mizrahy para \u201cresgatar\u201d com a sua mulher cheques destinados ao pagamento de propina da Locanty. O doleiro os chama de Johny e Thiago no depoimento. O GLOBO apurou que seus nomes completos s\u00e3o Jones Augusto Xavier de Brito e Thiago Vin\u00edcius Martins Silva, e que, de fato, estiveram empregados na Riotur naquele per\u00edodo \u2014 atualmente, apenas Thiago continua na empresa municipal, lotado no gabinete da presid\u00eancia; Jones desligou-se em julho deste ano da Riocentro S.A.<\/p>\n
