Toffoli havia concedido liminar no dia 31 atendendo um pedido da seguradora L\u00edder, mantendo o pr\u00eamio do seguro. Com isso, o valor do DPVAT volta a ser de 5,21 reais para carros de passeio e t\u00e1xis e 12,25 reais para motos.<\/p>\n<p>Com a decis\u00e3o, h\u00e1 uma queda de 68% no valor do seguro obrigat\u00f3rio para carros e 86% para motos, respectivamente. O valor praticado no ano passado foi de 16,21 reais para carros e 84,58 reais para motos. O ministro alegou urg\u00eancia na decis\u00e3o porque o calend\u00e1rio de pagamento do DPVAT come\u00e7a desta quinta-feira, 9 de janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Na reconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o, Toffoli atendeu pedido da Uni\u00e3o, que alega n\u00e3o ser verdade que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do valor torne invi\u00e1vel o DPVAT, como alegara a seguradora L\u00edder, cons\u00f3rcio de empresas que administra o seguro obrigat\u00f3rio.
