O m\u00e9dico David Uip disse que &#8216;Bruno est\u00e1 t\u00e3o bem que at\u00e9 brincou que s\u00f3 falta crescer cabelo&#8217;.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>O prefeito de S\u00e3o Paulo, Bruno Covas (PSDB), teve alta m\u00e9dica e deixou o Hospital S\u00edrio Liban\u00eas, na regi\u00e3o central da capital paulista, na tarde nesta quinta-feira (14), ap\u00f3s 23 dias de interna\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a de que ele repouse em casa, na medida do poss\u00edvel, e retome na segunda-feira \u00e0 prefeitura. Ele ter\u00e1 um limite de apari\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, mas ter\u00e1 rotina normal&#8221;, afirmou o m\u00e9dico David Uip, respons\u00e1vel pelo tratamento.<\/p>\n<p>O prefeito estava internado desde o dia 23 de outubro, quando chegou ao hospital com erisipela (infec\u00e7\u00e3o na perna), que evoluiu para trombose venosa profunda (co\u00e1gulos) na perna direita. Os co\u00e1gulos subiram para o pulm\u00e3o, causando o que \u00e9 chamado de embolia.<\/p>\n<p>Durante os exames pra localizar os co\u00e1gulos, m\u00e9dicos detectaram um c\u00e2ncer na c\u00e1rdia, regi\u00e3o entre o es\u00f4fago e o est\u00f4mago, com met\u00e1stase no f\u00edgado. Os \u00faltimos exames mostraram redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos co\u00e1gulos.<\/p>\n<p>Exames realizados entre quarta (13) e esta quinta (14) mostraram que Covas j\u00e1 pode fazer o tratamento em casa. O prefeito retornar\u00e1 na pr\u00f3xima semana ao hospital para a terceira sess\u00e3o de quimioterapia. Ele ser\u00e1 internado novamente para o procedimento de 30 horas de tratamento.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o m\u00e9dico David Uip o prefeito reagiu muito bem a sess\u00f5es de quimioterapia sem efeitos adversos.
